It's a long watch but it's worth it.

For anyone that's served they'll tell you this is the typical experience. It's sad but this is s how the military is regardless of the branch.

Love Him Or Hate Him

You may disagree, but I've always stood with Kanye West. Some of us love him for his boldness, music and charity, some people hate him for his acquaintances and unpredictable behavior. One thing for sure, two things for certain, Ye is always going to be just Ye!

Church

I don't go to church too tough anymore but I grew up a Deacon's son in a baptist church and when it was on and popping up in there, it was magical.

There is something magical in us (black people). And the sad thing is white people see it in us more than we see in ourselves. Once enough of us recognize that magic, we'll see real changes within the community that will force changes outside the community.

Solving Problems Of Racism Within The Workplace

Have you noticed any Racist actions or remarks within your Racist Workplace that you wish to talk about? And do you have a Compensatory Code for dealing with or avoiding these situations?

I have had a couple of situations in my retail job where I have scanned the items of White customers and in one particular situation, after scanning a White male customers' items I asked if he wanted a receipt and he said, "No thank you, I don't think that I will get stopped outside the door by police for stealing, do YOU know any police officers?" I didn't respond. I have had other situations where White customers have asked the same type of question and after reading the Compensatory Counter-Racist Code by Mr. Neely Fuller Jr. I found out that there are other ways of responding to racist questions such as saying things like "Hmmm" and "That's interesting" and now I usually respond to Racist questions and answers using those two options and I think those responses are better in attempting to not entertain Suspected Racists by staying quiet or lashing out at them and calling them Racists like I have seen some Non-White people on the Internet do.

MILITARY'S RECRUITING PROBLEM

"How bad is the recruiting crisis? During the last fiscal year, the Army missed its recruiting goal by 15,000 active-duty soldiers, or 25 percent of its target. This shortfall forced the Army to cut its planned active-duty end strength from 476,000 to 466,000. And the current fiscal year is likely to be even worse. "

Black Trans Killed While Shoplifting In SF Walgreens

I would like to see the video. Rainbow group in SF upset the security guard who shot "her" won't be prosecuted.

“That is what the trans genocide in this country, in this city, has brought me to.”

McGeever then screamed for a protracted period.

On April 27, Banko Brown, a black transgender individual, was shot and killed by a San Francisco security officer working at a local Walgreens. Days later, protesters held a rally and demanded the pharmacy retail chain store fire the guard.

“It’s insane that Walgreens has armed security, there’s nothing in that store worth a human life, and Walgreens is not taking care of our community,” Jessica Nowlan
