I can't even be mad, I've abused Netflix in every way possible since it launched lol..

I loved playing the Sims. I mean I have played those games on and off since the first title. I have spent the most money on Sims 4 easily and I have come to regret it. If you haven't heard, a recent update for the game has added in chest binders and breast removal scars for adult AND TEEN SIMS. I just can't with this franchise anymore. I feel like they are pushing more and more of this crap in the game and knowing that children as young as 10 play it, it bothers me.

Am I wrong for this? I just feel like they crossed way too many lines. I am going to buy a few keys for Sims 3 and go back to playing that. There are a few games that will be coming out in the near future that function like the Sims and I will likely just end up getting one of those when they come out.

This thread is about both. Some of the biggest blowback to reparations come from people that have emigrated to America. That said, they are poor but their economy is growing. This came on my feed. They talk about an Ethiopian guy worth a few hundred million dollars. Coincidentally, he came to America as part of his journey to wealth.

Notice how everyone stood around and watched and only gave the Black disabled person mere empty "sympathy" at best while laughing at him even as several more racist, hateful white and non-Black demons beat on him to defend their evil white vikang? Not even the few off code Black people (including the guy recording the video) stepped in they were too busy laughing.

Do you think there is value in keeping physical copies of media be it movies, TV series, video games, or music?

I keep hearing about the potential for a cyber attack that will leave millions without internet and some power grids may even go down. Always with the rumor of war but it really made me reconsider getting rid of my physical media collection. I think I am going to keep it.

A bit of background to the question.

My boyfriend found out his baby's mamma is earning more than he is. He has no "real" struggle supporting his daughter but he would be able to afford better care, be able to send her to a better school, and have more money for her to do things if he was getting child support. He is on the fence about filing for it. She wants nothing to do with their daughter but he has a right to file.

So my question to the gentlemen of this forum, if you knew your baby's mamma was earning more than you and you were the one taking care of the child, would you file?
