Mar 30 - Signs of A Housing Bubble Are Brewing

Home prices are rising faster than market forces would indicate they should and are becoming "unhinged from fundamentals," according to a new blog post written by researchers and economists at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
Until recently, the possibility of a bubble wasn't widely supported. But after looking at housing markets across the US, the Fed researchers said new evidence is emerging.

"Our evidence points to abnormal US housing market behavior for the first time since the boom of the early 2000s," the researchers wrote. "Reasons for concern are clear in certain economic indicators ... which show signs that 2021 house prices appear increasingly out of step with fundamentals."

Tips for Those in Serious Relationships or Married

  • Don’t ever assume your partner feels loved.
  • Date nights are a must. Doesn’t matter if you go out, or stay in.
  • Talking openly about what you want to change in your relationship is important.
  • Learn each others love language. We all don’t perceive love the same way
  • Go to bed mad sometimes. Don’t force a resolution. Sleeping on it does help.
  • When you get into a fight, don’t just say “I’m sorry”. Say what you are sorry for, and how you will react differently next time.
  • It will get boring sometimes. Every couple goes through the “boring” stage. It’s normal. It will fade. This is the time in your relationship you will have to put the most effort in.
  • Some days you will have to pull more weight than your partner, and vice versa.
  • It’s important to check in on each other’s mental health.
  • It’s okay to go to couples counselling. It helps. It doesn’t mean you two are ending, or failing.
  • Talk about money. Talk about your financial goals. Let your partner know what you expect from them, and vice versa.
  • Turn off the phones an hour before bedtime and just talk to each other.
  • Ask questions like: “What do you need to see more of from me?” “How can we understand each other better?”

And most importantly, be kind to each other.

Love each other.

Fight for each other.

Remember, love is never easy, and it’s one hell of a ride.

But damn, is it ever beautiful, and worth it.

I got this from Reddit.

Changing Your Money Mindstate

lesson #1: I will say don't believe because you are black you can't have success in Real Estate or any other money game. Our people must realize never before in US history has there been more ways to gain wealth. I'm not talking about making 100 or 300k/yr I'm talking about millions. All you need is a computer, an idea, a little passion, educate yourself and understand there is no success without struggle. When you begin making paper, eliminate ALL debt before you spend on anything else. Why? because every business at some point will deal with the unexpected and it will affect the $$ you have been making. My wife and I left day jobs 23 years ago and haven't looked back. When the gov't created the market collapse no one was making $$ including us. We had cash and no debt, so we said people are losing their homes let's help them. In that process, and one bad experience we acquired 18 free and clear properties for an avg of 40k each over a period of 7 years. We were just trying to generate income through loan mods and short sales so we could continue to afford the office rent. Had no idea it would lead to this...

White catholic cotton incident

These kkkrakkers wanna die

A white Catholic high school student in Louisiana was arrested and charged this week after he was caught on video attacking a Black classmate by throwing cotton at him and then whipping him with a belt, authorities said.

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that the ninth-grade student from Vandebilt Catholic High School has been arrested for simple battery and a hate crime and taken to the Terrebonne Parish Juvenile Justice Center. The 15-year-old has yet to be identified.

A video of the teen attacking the other student went viral last week. In footage provided to WWL-TV, a white male student walks over to a Black classmate sitting at a table in a crowded Vandebilt lunchroom. The white student throws cotton at the Black student, then repeatedly whips the Black student with a belt.

“We can’t sweep this under the rug,” Vandebilt alumnus P.J. Allridge, who is a friend of the victim’s family, told WWLT.

The Darkening of Will Smith

Login to view embedded media View: https://youtu.be/Hl3wUVGfITA

Last night Tariq Nasheed adding another dynamic to the Will Smith at the Oscar's news, Tariq made a couple points from the how the dominate society could view this and they were:
1.) "Will lied to us, we thought he wasn't like the rest of them"
2.) He defended the honor of a black women (that is worth defending), they are worried that this could become habit forming.

*Another point made during the broadcast (in the beginning), spoke to Reparations and how the politicians in California have been dragging their feet in reference to the Reparations Task Force. I admire the full court pressed being applied in this instance by the B1 family, this can become habit forming and the overall objective is that POLITICS IS WARFARE WITHOUT BLOODSHED, please share more information about this broadcast in the thread.

Jabari Banks Expertly Handles Reporter Asking About “The Slap”

This brotha is very smooth and eloquent. When she asked him about the slap you see how he kept it focused on Will’s win? White people are the ones focusing on the slap so the whole “we‘z gon’ look bad” narrative is not really applicable. We all have to be Jabari when White people try to make us talk or own the actions of every other Black person.

Gay Florida Kindergarten Teacher Worries He Won't Be Able To Share Love Life With Kids

"My kids do have questions. They want to know who my partner is in pictures outside the classroom, and I should be able to speak to them."

A Florida teacher shared anxieties with MSNBC Tuesday that he won’t be able to talk about his love life with his kindergarten students anymore due to HB 1557.

Kindergarten teacher Cory Bernaert reacted Tuesday to news that Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis had signed legislation banning classroom discussions of sexual orientation and gender identity for Kindergarten through 3rd grade (ages 5-9).

“It hits hard in my heart professionally and personally,” he said. “Professionally it truly makes me feel like I am not trusted as a professional. I know my kindergarten standards through and through and nowhere in our curriculum does it have anything about teaching sexual orientation or sexual identity.”

“We should be able to have discussions and that’s what we’re encouraged to do in kindergarten,” he said. “My kids do have questions. They want to know who my partner is in pictures outside of my classroom, and I should be able to speak to them.”

“Do you worry that you won’t event be able to talk about your own personal home life?” questioned the MSNBC host, noting that she knows all about her children’s teachers and their home lives.

“Absolutely,” he said. “You are 100% correct. That’s what we do as educators, we build relationships with our kids. And in order to build relationships, you talk about your home life, you talk about what you do on the weekends.”

“It scares me that I am not going to be able to have these conversations with my children,” he continued, “because they’re going to ask me what I did on the weekend. I don’t want to have to hide that my partner and I went paddle boarding this weekend.”

The children will ask him, “what does partner mean, Mr. Bernaert?” the teacher said, questioning, “Can I tell them what it means?”

He also worried about a potential situation in which children will ask him about one of his kindergarten students, who he said has two moms.

“If they go to her and ask her about her two moms and she doesn’t know what to say, they’re going to come to me and ask me,” he said.

Florida’s HB 1447 states that “classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.

The bill has been wildly misrepresented as “Don’t Say Gay” legislation, though nowhere in the legislation is the word “gay” mentioned.

The word “parent” is mentioned 32 times, the word “parental” is mentioned eight times, and the legislation heavily focuses on parental notification and parental awareness of what children are being taught or exposed to in school.

MoT #108 New Orleans Jazz Ban Shows Racial Agenda In Schools

100 years ago New Orleans schools banned jazz. When racists can't get something through the legislatures they instead will institute the racial policy in schools. American "education" has always been a safe have for anti-black racism.

You are probably asking why I am going on a rant on this topic is because I saw a Lions Club Pin with that Old Georgia Flag. I started to collect them and eventually put it in museum or something to that effect. Also, make those type of signs outlawed. Already got outlawed at the meal center not it time outlaw it policy and civically because we all know Civics is the basic building block of politics. What are you thoughts Black Community, in real Black Spaces?

Even though some people swear that a .40 cal is best for EDC, something about a 9mm just feels perfect for when I'm out and about.
My ol' lady has even switched her EDC to match mine, now.
What do you prefer?

Will Smith Oscars Assault: How Women Drive Simps Insane

Login to view embedded media View: https://youtu.be/U0Gtf_7_LxE

We have all had our fun (myself included), shortly after posting this comment I saw TBA post this video with the Title I knew there was another dimension to the story and how it could have unfolded. Before the telephone lines were opened Jason Black outlined the events leading up to Kanye's most recent divorce and nearly line for line, it stacked up to look like Will Smith's current situation. After listening to the broadcast, I'm starting to look at the situation as if Jada is enabling the dominate society to destroy "Mr. Blockbuster", Why? Because he's not Tupac (in terms of masculinity), Because she is not relevant without him, and the in the industry is done with the strong black male lead in film and TV. One of the larger question's was if Will was in Jada's position, would Jada defend his honor against another female or YT male (minute 13:15)? The other question was, why are black female's so quick to entice black males to try and kill each other, especially in our current racial climate?
