Contempt of court, often referred to simply as "contempt", is the offense of being disobedient to or disrespectful toward a court of law and its officers in the form of behavior that opposes or defies the authority, justice, and dignity of the court
I watch multiple conscious platforms. One thing stands out in them all, "UNITY". Unity among our people & what we must do to stand together. "Majortv Let's Talk" is one of those conscious platforms. This brotha includes us all. Your religious background doesn't matter. You're black, that's it! He had a few other brothas on the platform & they brought interesting content. Hope you find this useful. Login to view embedded mediaView: https://youtu.be/MYYrZ54JYmo
Do the African countries who sold their own people into slavery owe Black Americans reparations? Should those countries be forgiven for participating in the Atlantic slave trade? Whar are your thoughts on the matter?
I guess I was always "a poet, but didn't know it". I've been writing down thoughts & feelings since I was a child. I saw footage of Mechee X on "Zbanga Ent" the other day & this must have been an archive. The video was distorted, but her words rang out clear & heartfelt. Just like most of us, Mechee is liked & disliked by many. One thing that's NOT disputed is, she's the TRUTH & there's very few people that hold that title. Check out her spoken word performance & tell me what you think. I also viewed a live of her with Dr. Shonna Etienne yesterday, educational & informative. "CUT THE CHECK"! Famous words of Mr. Jason Black, ADOS & FBA. What actions do we need to take to ensure that our people get what's long overdue? Is "No tangibles, no vote" working? What else can be done, that we haven't done & how do we begin to reconnect with generations already lost? I'd like you to see what Jason says & Jane Elliot have to say.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (born Michael King Jr.; January 15, 1929 – April 4, 1968) was an American Baptist minister and activist who became the most visible spokesman and leader in the American civil rights movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968. What more can we say but that we need this man right now! in honor of him and so many others in the struggle, we will continue to draw the line in the sand and fight the right fight!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!! DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
Happy belated Born-Day Minister Khalid Abdul Muhammad
A true revolutionary who spoke the truth on the issues of racism that permeate the very fabric of American culture and history. A Houston native, Minister Muhammad did not hold punches. Whether speaking to the man or woman on the block, or in front of millions on Phil Donahue, he did not mince words. He was the personification of "Keeping it real" because he talked the talk and walked the walk. Minister Muhammad met his posthumous demise to very questionable circumstances.
From all the things we have gone through in our existence, no one can call his speech hateful when we know of all the hateful actions that have been perpetuated against our people! Whether you agree with Minister Muhammad, you must agree that he did what most would not do and stood on Black 1st principles. As a man and as a leader, Minister Muhammad will always be one of the great revolutionaries that have fought and ultimately died for our survival! He was not trying to get to the table, he was and is "At the Table" of all those that have fought for the freedom of the Black Diaspora!
Teachers had to deal with more stress during the pandemic but "felt as underappreciated as ever and made no extra money," Danielle Zavala said.

This Legacy was created within One decade. Robert Earl Davis invented a Genre of music that still lives on to this day. But the news outlets made sure to associate prescription cough syrup with Davis's death. First its important to know. Screw didnt like banks. He paid everything cash. And in his defense if you "sip lean" how much engineering or production work could you do? Lots of artist have openly admitted that they dont do any of the drugs advertised in their songs. Future is one example. "Mr Dirty Sprite."But according to an interview Davis was found in his studio bathroom on the floor holding the toilet. I watched an interview stating him and Pimp C had the same toxin found in their bodies at their times of their death. This would lead some to assume that his overdose was false and he was given a lethal concoction. His music collection is currently at the University of Houston. His notes track lists and his collection of vinyl records. R.I.P.DJ.Screwed and Chopped.
It's one of the most corny things that have happened, and now I'm seeing a lot of non black people use them. The fact that the word hotep is being used as a pejorative is disappointing to say the least, but now it's a joke of a word. I don't even know where this went wrong; all of a sudden around 2017 or so I started seeing black folk, mostly of the alt left variation, utilize this and now it's gotten out of hand. I just saw a "Hotep Mao" posted on Twitter by one of my favorite follows and it's disappointing...am I reading too much into this?
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - No criminal charges will be filed against the man who shot and killed a woman at a gas station in downtown Green Bay in November, the Brown County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.
And I'm honored to share a birthday with the greatest warrior for peace of the 20th century, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Since his murder, Dr. King's image has been repackage & repainted, and he has been turned into the jolly southern preacher who did nothing but dream about living next door to white folks. In truth, Dr. King was a powerful man who galvanized and inspired people of all ethnicities to fight for the rights of Black people and poor people. Dr. King was a force. Nobody has come closer to damaging the infrastructure of American systematic racism than Dr. King. Dr. King fought for US, and he ultimately gave his life for US. As a birthday favor to me, please join me in celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Martin Luther King Jr. made such a positive impact on so many people’s lives. He preached unity, love, peace, and respect for one another. His powerful words...
Laughter is a pleasant physical reaction consisting usually of rhythmical, often audible contractions of the diaphragm and other parts of the respiratory system. It is a response to certain external or internal stimuli. Laughter can arise from such activities as being tickled, or from humorous stories or thoughts
I will post videos I find online that I think show dysfunctional interpersonal thought processes. Not to make fun but to make light of how Maury was not staged and people are really out here living the trife life.
She is comfortable with her man cheating on her and defends it. Now think about the wording. You cannot cheat in most open relationships, cheat means there is an agreement established that a partner is violating.
Listen to how she rationalizes this. It’s disgusting, her and the man in the situation sound trashy.
Martial arts are codified systems and traditions of combat practiced for a number of reasons such as self-defense; military and law enforcement applications; competition; physical, mental, and spiritual development; entertainment; and the preservation of a nation's intangible cultural heritage
My husband just sent something to me from his computer screen & I'm gonna tell you my thoughts. I started laughing as soon as I saw it. Then I thought, I guess they've gotta sike themselves up for this REAL shit, that's about to hit the fan! Then I thought, it's not going the way they think, totally the opposite! Who do you think gave them the knowledge they have? Anyway, I'd like your thoughts on this.
I've decided I'm going to make use of my full talents and start gambling on sports. Anyone know of any good sites to go on? I'm tryna bet on these games this weekend. I should've been doing this years ago, but i finally got a little bread to put aside just for this alone.
Temetrius Jamel "Ja" Morant is an American professional basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies of the National Basketball Association. He played college basketball for the Murray State Racers, where he was a consensus first-team All-American as a sophomore in 2019.
I just saw a platform that I watch on YouTube called "S.A.T." & he's featuring K. Michelle. I don't know if y'all are familiar with her, but she's a singer as well as a reality show star. She had attached a humongous butt to her body & later had to have it removed, because it made her I'll. Now, she's gone & redone her face. Not the botch job that Michael Jackson & Lil Kim did, but she no longer looks like herself & the work makes her sound like Michel'le, the singer that went with Dr. Dre, back in the day. My thoughts are these. Why do our women butcher themselves unnecessarily? God created us in his image & we're born handsome, beautiful & advanced. So why are we altering God's work? All we need to do is eat right, exercise & maintain, it's NOT rocket science! I'll drop the link & y'all tell me what you think. Login to view embedded mediaView: https://youtu.be/Iq4AE1b9pNM
Today was the Passing of Dr Amos Wilson. I consider him to be among the Top greatest Black Minds of the 20th Century
Here are some of his brilliant Quotes
“When you are filled with self-hate your mind is reversed. Meaning you will love the things that destroy you, and you will hate the things that advance your growth. – Dr. Amos Wilson
“To manipulate history is to manipulate consciousness; to manipulate consciousness is to manipulate possibilities; and to manipulate possibilities is to manipulate power.” – Dr. Amos Wilson
“If our study of Black history is merely an exercise in feeling good about ourselves, then we will die feeling good. We must look at the lessons that history teaches us. We must understand the tremendous value of the study of history for the re-gaining of power. If our education is not about gaining real power, we are being miseducated and mislead and we will die “miseducated and mislead.” – Dr. Amos Wilson
“Why does the Black man say “Freedom is doing what I want to do.” Why is it that everything “he wants to do” enriches the European?” – Dr. Amos Wilson
“The Black community has run the longest, most successful boycott in history—the boycott against their own Black businesses.” – Dr. Amos Wilson
