What many Black people do not realize is that their every word and action is being monitored in the work place. The White people in the office and the White “wannabes” monitor Black employees closely to determine how rooted they are in their Blackness in addition to their level of malleability. There are 4 major categories most Black people fall into:

Leadership is aware that individuals of Personas B and C will push against the status quo and topple the system. Now, you may be asking, how do they keep track? Well, every Black person in the office has a Corporate Credit Score that determines if, when, and how far they will ascend the rungs of the corporate ladder.

You Are Being Vetted​

When Susan asks, “What are your thoughts on Bernie Sanders?” it’s not a benign act. She is gauging how sympathetic you are to Whiteness. When you inevitably respond “I feel that my thoughts on Bernie Sanders would be in alignment with that of Malcolm X” you are putting the equivalent of a foreclosure on your credit report. So now you’re asking…why not remain silent? Why not answer at all?

Well, that’s a problem as well. When you refuse to give White people the ability to assign you a Corporate Credit Score you fall into Persona C. White people’s biggest fear in Corporate America is having a Malcolm X close-to or controlling the levers of power. A silent Black person in Corporate America could either be a Malcolm X or a Larry Elder and White people will classify them as a threat until they know otherwise. If you are the silent Black person, you will inevitably have White people asking all types of mundane questions and it’s not because you’re interesting, it’s to assign you a Corporate Credit Score. When you refuse these “Requests for Information” you will become ostracized. This makes it simpler to managed you out, fire you for lack of performance, or put you on the short list for Reduction in Forces.

Always Know Your Corporate Credit Score​

So, when you are in a situation where your performance justifies an increased role, but the business is unwilling to provide it, you need to review your Corporate Credit Score. The goal here is not to promote coonery but rather to help you understand the game you are playing in Corporate America. Understanding the diabolic nature of the system can help bring clarity into why Black Americans need to collaborate and cooperate with one another.

Any time you enter a text messaging thread on iPhone, those blue and green message bubbles make clear who else is on iPhone versus Android.

Google claims that distinction leads to "peer pressure and bullying" that has ultimately given Apple's iMessage a clear edge.

Hiroshi Lockheimer, senior vice president of Google products including Android, wrote on Twitter that Apple's efforts to lock in users to iMessage "is a documented strategy."

Lockheimer's tweet was in response to a Wall Street Journal article on how teens stick with iPhone over Android because*the green text bubble signaling they use an Android device.

"Using peer pressure and bullying as a way to sell products is disingenuous for a company that has humanity and equity as a core part of its marketing," wrote Lockheimer. "The standards exist today to fix this."

The official Twitter account for Android shared Lockheimer's tweet, along with its own message that Apple shouldn't benefit from bullying.

Apple could not be immediately reached for comment on the remarks. A support page on Apple's website says the green text bubbles come from users who send Short Message Service (SMS) messages. Apple's iMessage is only available for its products including iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.*

I had a few older laptops laying around and decided to try and get back into Linux. I haven't tried Linux in over 10 years,and i have to admit, it's come a longways since the last time i used it. I'm no developer or anything i just like messing around with different OS's and, getting away from windows every now and then can be refreshing.
Seeing how clean Linux is and how fast and crisp it is makes me wish i could go full Linux, i know i cant though because of some software issues.

I wasn't sure which forum to throw this in, but I'm working on a basketball book. Its some real geeked out stuff: analyzing hoop from the Jordan Era to the end of the first Splash Bros. run in 2014. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live a life behind bars? TV shows and movies make it seem like it’s nothing but sitting in a cell, going to the cafeteria for meals and then some outdoor time an hour a day. Other programs glamorize it, making it seem like living the prison life is much, much easier than other shows portray it to be. In reality, these are human beings who have been put away for whatever reason, and NO, it does not automatically mean they are terrible people. Sure, they had to have committed a crime to land themselves there, but oftentimes, prisoners and convicts are normal people who simply made a mistake and regret it every day during their sentence.

Prisoners are real people, not actors or celebrities. They are mothers and fathers, artists and intellectuals, and above all, they are human. Living life behind bars can get extremely lonely, especially if you are confined between the prison walls for years at a time. One thing that prisoners can look forward to is their occasional letters they receive in the mail from a pen pal!

A lot of prisoners’ families simply push their incarcerated loved one out of their heads, leaving them high and dry with no one to interact with in the outside world. You can certainly brighten a prisoner’s day by sending them a letter or interacting with them through one of these best prison dating websites we will get to in just a bit!

I never fell for the "stop Asian hate" BS, it's was a money grab and a pole position to become the honorary white protected class. They've been working to get that title for decades, first, it was the "model minority" title, now they are considered white. As long as they practice Anit-Blackness they will hold that title.

I don't think there is anything in this life that can soften a blow to you in the way that losing a loved one can. It is so traumatic and of course we have all been there. When another human being say that you are not able to be loved anymore by them. I could lose all my money and be bankrupt but I know that I will make all that back. If your SO walks away, there is literally nothing you can do. Final. I hate finality in this life.

But this post was to focus on how people express their loss. You can hear the pain in poem and song. This isn't necessarily about the music but the agony that a human can express when their world comes crashing down. We are some very complicated creatures.
