Do you eat out more? Or cook your own food more?

I cook about 90% of the food I eat, maybe twice a month I'll hit up grubhub. I cook most of my food because I want to know what's in it, I don't trust fast food joints at all and about 15 years ago is when I stopped eating Asian foods. I learned to cook everything I've ever ordered out of an asain restaurant, it's actually pretty easy, like Mexican food, simple to make.

Do we have any cooks in the house?

I'll watch but I'm not going to step off that ledge...

Does anyone here get into hunting? I was never too into it myself. My dad went a few times in the past, but never brought me out. He would go with his friends from work. But, he didn't keep up with it for too long. When he was let go at the work, he stopped hanging out with those guys and hasn't gone hunting since. I don't think he really cared for it.

He did bring back deer meat one time though, and I remember having deer jerky which tasted pretty decent. But that was the last time I ever had deer meat.

Have you guys or gals ever been to a speed dating event? Like one of those cheesy events where you do musical chairs until you are paired with someone you like? You get like a minute or two to talk, and then you move to the next person. I've never really thought about doing it, because it honestly sounds impractical. Has anyone lucked out at these events and actually met someone? Or was it a bust and a waste of time?

5-10 years canned fruit, grains Molasses, bottled water

10+ years Instant Coffee, Powdered milk, rice

Forever Dried Beans, Liquor, Maple syrup (unopened) Raw honey, salt, sugar, vinegar

Besides the Big Three (Tariq, PBT, and TBA) who else you are you checking for? I try to catch most of it, but one I find fascinating is this Dr. from New York, Shonna Etienne. She's pretty brilliant and funny, and is saying the right things. My only issue she is homegirls with Dolomeechie X. I like listening to Neely Fuller Jr. while I'm working on stuff around the house.
