Thinking about my grandparents the other day and wondered what was considered groundbreaking, back in their day. Color TV, telephones ect. And I'm thinking about everything we have in the 21st century, the ease of everything and the tech we have would be considering magic in the 1800s.
Nothing could get actually surprise me now, about the only things that would get my attention would be teleportation, or time travel.

I often think about the future tech and what life will be like for my grandchildren.
What would surprise or wow you with our tech right now?

I think what is next is government creating an entire virtual reality layer on top of our physical world. People will work, live, play, socialize, etc in that virtual world. I think it's going to take the hive mind of the internet to the next level and create a cauldron go brain dead people.

I was definitely going to mention that because it's the height of it for me. When robots can reproduce in our generation now, the future is definitely fucked.
