I have a different view. 'Strategically' apply. Black groups and white liberals used to get together to put companies, landlords, etc, on blast by having a white plant and black plant apply and the black plant being more qualified. They'd sue them for discrimination and it did two things. It put the industry on notice and it exposed raciest.

One way to kill the whole Black / Brown coalition myth is to do that. If you can find one, 1 hispanic and 1 black. or a group of hispanics and blacks. Whatever is needed to expose it, put it on front street. Right now the media won't talk about it. You would think the white conservatives would for no other reason to cause trouble with the Democratic party voting base but they don't do it because at the end of the day, they are on code with white liberals on some things.

Even Larry Elder and Thomas Sowell or Candace Owens don't talk about it. You'd think they would, but they dont'.

Your post and suggestion reminds of that recorded 1991 experiment done in St. Louis, Missouri where they had a Black man and a white man from the same exact background (middle class), same credit score and qualifications, and neighborhood apply to the same jobs, housing / apartments, etc.

The only difference was their race and the unique hardships or privileges that came with it.

Guess who was the most discriminated against at every turn?

Let's also not forget how many Black people (including those with white spouses) are being discriminated against when it comes to getting appraisals for their our own homes.

I think you missed the entire point of the thread. The goal isn't to put an industry on notice, but rather to emulate what the tweet in the OP says.
The aim is for Black business owners to hire exclusively Black employees the same way that other business owners of other ethnicities do.

If you have a non-Black (especially a white female, Indian male, or Hispanic Latino no matter how white, mixed, or Black they look) and/or white-identified person as your supervisor or manager, keep your eyes and ears open and try to look for a better job and/or start your own business.

Can we also talk about how even if a Hispanic Latino becomes a supervisor or manager, they often still cater to, appeal to, and act subservient to their white co-workers even if those white people at work are at lower tiers? Same with many Asians and other non-white bootlickers. The racial / ethnic dynamics of the relationship is just 🤢.
