    MLK was an amazing man and highly intelligent. There are so many lessons we can learn from him, directly and indirectly.

    He was 22 when he went to Boston University for his PhD. In 1955 he was only 26 when they planned a response to Montgomery bus segregation.
    Here's the thing and I am not trying to disrespectful to him, but the Black community had a lot of brilliant people just like him. He did the most with it, and found his lane, but there were a ton of extremely brilliant people in our community. The Caribbean and Africa as well as evidenced by the various young leaders who led independence. The Black Panthers had people who were college age and head and shoulders over their white counterparts.

    Its why I am 100% convinced if we were able to pursue academics without systemic discrimination from K-12, we would dominate all branches of higher learning. No cap. There are brothers or sisters who I'm sure are more brilliant than Neil Degrasse Tyson. It's not like a lot of blacks enter astrophysics and he was the only one that excelled.

    I got a circle of homies who are brilliant. The quality of the discussion far excels the same conversation with white boys.

    Too many sold out and fooled the People instead of continuing the fight hence the ball being dropped......only some of us have wakened from the nightmare but it may be too late.
