If you're a fan of the games, then you may or may not like what is to come in the movie version. The trailer for the live-action movie dropped yesterday, and honestly, it looks alright. But I'm not putting too much hope in it considering video game movies rarely work out. But idk, you tell me what you guys think of this. Is it going to be any good?

I think it just going to be your average popcorn adventure movie.
I think so too. Nothing that makes you think beyond the average Fast and the Furious movie.
Same. Especially when they take some of the realism out, like with the cargo flying out of the airplane, which does happen in the game. This is definitely going to be an action packed popcorn flick if it tries to replicate what the games did. It's good that it's staying true to the game.

But, I have a feeling the movie is going to be underwhelming overall.

Tom Holland is a decent Spider-Man, but he's way too young to portray Nathan Drake (Mark Wahlberg is also too young to play Sully).
The Uncharted fan film from a few years ago had better casting:
That's my hang up watching that trailer. The characters are way too young.
Thomas Jayne or hell Harrison Ford would have been a good Sully, i think.
Taron Egerton with dark hair and using an american accent wouldn't have made a terrible Nathan Drake. Better than Tom at least, imo.
