I want more men like this for black communities. Like yeah this dude can inspire anyone but we need black men out there doing the same. For boys growing up, understanding testing your physical strength in positive ways is great for focus and mental health. A lot of men just get left behind and it is so wrong.

I've tried running, jogging and walking for many days in a row. Something would always happen that kept me from continuing the streak. I will have to be even more disciplined.
