Caitlin, that I know, didn't say anything derogatory outside of basketball, but she also never said anything against the clear racial bias of the media and those that watch the sport. She never took on an ally role but that's her choice. Many of those race fans will say she's just a kid but they never said that about Angel Reese. They sent death threats, called her "Courage the Cowardly Dog" and much more. The fact is, a true ally is one who stands with you in times of pressure regardless of race but obviously this "game" proved once again, that with pressure, our allies are few and far between.
