This is a very scary situation to think about. The United States has slacked in energy independence over the past several years, and Cyber Warefare in the United States could be catastrophic for many reasons. As you've mentioned, banks could be shut down, water supply could be shut down, and a lot of other situations could arise from such an attack. I can only imagine that if this happens, people will begin going crazy, I can picture people looting, stealing, killing, and doing whatever they need to survive. In this type of situation, I would expect to see Martial Law declared. In conclusion, it is extremely necessary to start preparing by whatever means.

You know, if this country was energy independent this would be a lot less of a problem but we have to follow whatever that little white Swedish child says and get rid of oil now! It is hurting her white feelings!

Everyone needs to get a gun, ammo, and stockpile some supplies. If shit hits the fan you make sure you can protect yourself and your family.
