While the abortion fight is important to our community, the erasure of the word woman from the code (US laws) is and will be significant as it goes hand in hand with the Civil Rights Act which barely protects us now. If we allow them to erase women from code, the next thing they'll erase is men. Dogs and fish can be made human and you, my friends, will be fighting with anything and everything the dominant society wants to recognize as human. Pay attention.
