Last week 2 white men in Florida attacked a black teen and vandalized his car. But this was the first incident like this in the state. 2 more white men were charged with federal hate crimes for a racist attack in November. Also, we'll look at a case that asks how many times does a court have to give a crook bon before they decide to stop.
