I've been making it a habit to darken the room whenever I watch a horror movie. I want to heighten the scare factor, even though for me, I don't usually get scared with horror films. But, I figure with a good surround sound system installed and being in pitch darkness, would help a lot with the scare factor. Does anyone else here do anything like that?
I used to have LED light strips behind my TV, and when I'd watch horror, I'd turn it to red. Was a nice extra, but it didn't make things more spooky.
