I tried rewatching The Wire in HD, but I didn't like it. I prefer the gritty look of the SD version. It's like listening to music on vinyl; there's a certain charm that HD loses, IMO.
So in essence the system will stop extorting poor people who don't have the money for bail and the cops get less of a workload....? Either street justice will take over or total anarchy.....picture "Escape from L.A." the Kurt Russell version.....
