I would hate to be in a long line waiting for food. I usually wait 2 weeks or a month before I go to a new restaurant.

He better keep that trade secret just that...a secret. This way he can make a lot of money. Eventually the big boys will want to know what the big secret is and get his food tested to find out why folks are hooked.
