I don't eat enough varieties of meat to have a fair opinion on this. I do know that overall meat quality has dropped in recent years.
He disrespected all the sea meats. How he got crab so low down the list but then got old ass meat loaf all the way up there.
My god tier would consist of:
Scallops
Clams
Calamari
My trash tier would have:
Tofu
Vegan Patties
Everything pork

He f'd up by adding non-meats. That defeats the whole purpose of the video. That alone, I bet faithfully votes Democrat and consider himself a *person of color".

I think chickpeas are too low on the list. An amazing vegetarian curry can be made using chickpeas.
My family calls me bland cause I don't eat a huge variety of meat. I found what I like and just eat the same like 5 things. lol

I don't blame you. We've no idea what farmers or meat companies inject into the livestock or the meat, when it's being processed.
Then we, the consumers, injest the products & end up with various cancers, tumors, etc.
Yeah that too. If I buy in store, I always go with hormone free meat and prefer it to be from animals that spent time outdoors eating their natural diets. I feel like if we were to go back to that as a standard, people would be so much more healthy but they don't want that. They know healthy meat is a huge source of health for the human body which is why they hide it and hoard it. The only thing we have access to is pasture-raised eggs and butter which is better than nothing. It should be a staple for everyone's diet. Eat less of this processed lab meat.
