I don't trust what he says but the opening up tent cities with physicians, psychiatrists, and etc would be much better than what we have now IMO. A lot of states just let the homeless die off. In CA they live in tents on the side of the road or freeway and when we have a big event that brings in people from across the nation and world they'll kick all the homeless out for the week to make the region look good. It's sad.
I can't trust him as far as I can throw him.......that's the same trick bag they offered the jews back in 1938 and we see where they ended up plus that fool is involved in a ponzi scheme involving Malaysia........nope I'll pass. Looks good on paper though as all US treaties did.......🧐

Democrats: We need Urban Redevelopment.
Translation: We need to gentrify the city, keep our cities safe and stop the gun violence and push the riff raff out and reduce crime (racist code words for "lock up and reduce the amount of Black people"), and bring more money (meaning more whites and non-Blacks (including hipsters and LGBT) as well as corporations especially those with wealth) into the city. We need to make it look more like San Francisco, Miami, Los Angeles, Austin, or NYC.
*Democrats push out, price out, exclude, gentrify, and displace Black people (most of whom are lower, poor and working class) out of their areas and into homelessness and into a dire situation of housing insecurity and resource insecurity. Section 8 waitlists are closed and over 30 years long, and there is little to no housing or shelter available that is inhabitable, safe, and within price range. Genocide 1/2*

Republicans/Moderates: We need to outlaw Urban Camping. We need law and order.
Translation: We need to outlaw homelessness NOW, especially if the homeless people are Black. Make it a crime and a felony to be homeless and loitering the streets of America. Make things like homelessness and crime synonymous with Black. They are going to eat, attack, steal from and kill hardworking Americans and people, you hear me?! THEY ARE LOOTERS, THUGS, STRAY ANIMALS, AND CRIMINALS WITH NOTHING TO LOSE. Trust me, WE will keep you safe from THEM. Push THEM somewhere else, you know, something LIKE a concentration camp, a swamp, a plantation, or a rehab camp or maybe a gas chamber or prison and make the city beautiful again. We need more light in this world, not darkness. As for the white homeless drug addicts, don't arrest them, they are very fine people. WE will nurse them back to wealth with the pure, flavorless breastmilk of Nascar Jesus. Whites will be in power. White is might. The rest of the non-Blacks can be the minimally paid workerbees and bootlickers of the nation. WE WILL MAGA FOREVER.

Just wait until the cities are destroyed and they are building up their Chernobyl style apartments in their 15 minute cities and take away people's cars and physical money, getting policed by robo dogs. The future is going to look like the Nazi takeover but instead of swastikas, it will be rainbow flags everywhere and don't you dare think differently! You will go to prison for wrong think!
There used to be state mental hospitals for decades. Reagan and the states closed them and many of these folks wound up on the streets. Let's look at the root causes first because we start criminalizing the homeless. First of all they come in all kinds of categories. There is the chronic homeless. No hope of a home, they are on the streets for life unless something else happens. And they fall in a few different categories. Mental illness, drug addiction. Then there are those who are priced out of hosing. There are young white people with college degrees living out of their car in LA (I've met a couple near Encino actually once). They can't find a job that pays decent enough to get an apartment even one with a roommate. Temporary homeless or sometimes intermittent homeless. Those same folks finally get a spot, can't keep it and are back in their car.
I'd rather see us attack (strategically) the various types of homeless and then start talking about tent cities.
