We would have to have sovereignty and immunity from their government and outsiders as a protected group. Then these states could only involve the most thorough who are about that life. Let's face it a lot of us are terrified of independence.

As long as we have the economic backing within our community and those who want to invest and we have immunity from this government to act on our own similar to the small hats.

I will say this I believe that most of the technology we see or hear as alien, is actually reversed engineered technology by the USA stolen from the ancestors. I also believe some of these UFOs are the ancestors coming to educate us, fight with us or take us home.
