You have seen the AI apps becoming hugely popular as of late. Some of the work created is pretty impressive. These apps use real pictures, art and more to help create these AI Art. But artists are starting to see that the art made from these apps may be using some of their own artwork to teach it.
I did wonder about this, considering these apps use millions of images and sites I imagine to create an image based off a prompt. But those images have to come from somewhere.
So it's kinda scary to think that anyone can potentially use your art and maybe even call it their own. Or these apps should always put a watermark stating their are awkward person here to hang out so as to not confused people who may think it's real art.
Anyway, does this sort of thing scare you if you're an artist? Because who knows, some of your work may be used to teach it, and to take from your art. That's how I see it anyway.
