Mmmmmmmmmm...that's a tough one. To make things simple I think we would need to mirror the form of government that exists around us. We need to use the municipal, county, state model that is common in the USA because we can easily find best practices. It will also not take a huge re-education campaign when it comes to getting citizens involved civically.

I think we need to do the same with the laws, judicial, and law enforcement as well but the biggest difference would be that we would apply it evenly and fairly. Currency would clearly be US dollar and backed by the Department of Defense.

irst 15 years needs to be ultra conservative where gambling, prostitution, and abortion are illegal. Once the people mature and start showing signs of self-sufficiency and care then we can start becoming more liberal.

We would need some type of Work Corps where we can put the unmotivated/non-starters to work.

We would need laws where land can only be owned by someone someone who is a Descendant of American Chattel Slaves. No one in government should be allowed as well if they're are not DOACS.
