I just recently started on my adjusting journey. A lot of tedium and studying differences in policies but I hear it's well worth it once you actually get deployed.
Total fish out of the water. I worked as a Marine Electrician in shipyards for the last 10 years. After dealing with the cold and the heat, I was ready to get out of that industry.
I'm working towards staff at the moment. Something remote would be ideal right now. Going through Pilot's 3 week claims course to get familiar with the process.
I thought about starting a network of adjusters on here. Something of a support group where we could show new people a way into this career and share experiences/knowledge on what's it like being an adjuster
