I don't know anybody personally, but I know somebody who knows somebody that died. Do any of you know somebody personally who died from it?

Any of you know somebody personally who died from COVID?
No but I had people tangentially close pass:
- A cousin passed
- A coworker died
- A coworker’s dad died
My step father a few months ago, my mom had it too but her body fought it. Took her a few weeks to get better but this s4it is real.
A friend of mine's dad just died last week. Her mom had it too but was able to fight it off. The sad thing is that they were extremely anti mask, anti vax, and anti social distance. They had taken a trip to Alaska a couple months ago and the mom was bragging about how she ate a tootsie pop for the whole flight so she wouldn't have to wear a mask. Now a few months later her husband is gone and she almost died too. It didn't have to be like that.
How do you know it was covid and not the flu or anything else?
This to me is where it gets into darwinism. It’s like I understand being tired of wearing masks or being weary of the vaccine but the politics around COVID-19 doesn’t mean COVID is not real! Like if you don’t want to get vax’ d I feel you but to not get vax’d and then walk around without a mask, it’s like challenging COVID to a street fight. Then he come out and he 6’6” and built like Schwarzenegger.
he tested positive for it, and it got bad very fast, within a week of the test he was dead.
I won't take the vax but, I do wear a mask, keep my distance and limit where I go. I know this sh*t is for real, but I'm not going to aid the virus in killing me. I don't trust a vaccine that was created in months, that was straight krazy how fast they did. I have a few conditions already and i won't take the chance of that vax doing anymore harm to me.
I’m in agreement with you hear. I mask up but the vax is off limits. I don’t think it is wise to let your political leanings put you in harms way.
