Learn how to eat properly and at what times to eat. Bad eating habits are against life and it takes your youth. When improper foods are eaten it disrupts the function of our organs and starts the decay from the inside out. How you look on the outside is how you look on the inside. If you see a wrinkle or lines forming on the outside that means it is happening or has already happened on the inside to a degree.

One way to stop this decay is stoping eating processed foods. Processed foods are the worse for our delicate bodies. Our bodies have a hard time breaking these types of foods down to rid them from our bodies. So now you have forced your body to just store the food anywhere now weight gain has starts to set in and disease. There is a lot more that can be said on this subject, but I will stop here for now. So let’s eat the Best of foods foods with life still in them. The best laxative for our bodies is the eating of Navy Beans. Plus the protect us from radiation which is crucial and this point and time.

Next article is about alcoholic drinks and how it melts our organs. Let’s Do Better
