Show them examples of rock-solid knowledge and wisdom through articles, news, and history the subject because if you beat the knowledge into our people, they will often reject it and resent you for it...Our People are Stiff Neck, hard-headed, easy to lead in the wrong direction, and can be exceedingly difficult to lead in the right.
