I just tried animal flow exercising and it's really fun, despite me thinking that it was a weird idea at the time, I thought that it would be constructive to try it since I practice Martial Arts. I was inspired to do so by watching this constructive video on movement training:

I copied a crawling and jumping technique from another YouTube video on  bipedal animal movements and developed a jumping lemur flow that helped strengthen and increase the power in my legs.
