I would say it depends on where you go. A lot of tech places do diversity hires. So they will be more likely to hire you if you are black, especially if you are a black woman. This only works in places like Cali though where big tech companies virtue signal out the ass. lolOutside of this, I think they do. I think a lot of people still assume all black people are thugs, violent, lazy, ect. and this kind of racism hurts our people the most. It hinders us and keeps us from doing better in life.
