There’s a point somewhere deep down there but he didn’t say it properly. Reparations should be a comprehensive programs that’s more than just a cash dump. There needs to be educational programs, rehabilitation programs, business grants and training, IN ADDITION to cash. I believe that was what was trying to be communicated.
