Big-time boxing is once again back in the Lone Star State. AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, is set to play host to a massive welterweight unification bout on Saturday night. Homegrown talent Errol Spence Jr., who has had three of his last four bouts take place at "Jerry World," will put his IBF and WBC titles on the line when he meets WBA champion Yordenis Ugas in the main event of a Showtime PPV. The action gets underway on PPV beginning at 9 p.m. ET (buy the PPV here).

Spence bounced back from the horrific car accident in October 2019 with an impressive showing against Danny Garcia in December 2020. He was expected to battle legendary champion Manny Pacquiao in 2021, but suffered a fractured orbital bone in training camp and was forced to withdraw. In his place stepped Ugas, who beat Pacquiao to claim the WBA crown. Now, the men battle with the potential of an undisputed bout in the near future as WBO titleholder Terence Crawford mulls his next move.

Gambia’s corner needs to call this off. This is not cool this is how you end up having life long brain damage.
I agree. This is not good at all. This is problematic. When you are in the ring you’re not thinking straight you’re running off adrenaline.

They were talking trash to each other backstage after the last PBC fight. They need to sign those contracts!
TC gotta accept now. I can't wait to see that one go down.
Ugas has heart, but Spence is a special fighter.
Man Spence looked beautiful in the ring. After his mouthpiece fell out and Ugas got those hits in, Spence punished his ass. Inside game was crispy.

Spence was surgical. Once Ugas's eye started to swell, Spence stayed on his blind side and executed.
Like you said, Spence executed beautifully!

That was a sight to see. We also saw him take accountability and call his mishap with the mouthpiece a rookie move. That is what separates him from let’s say a Wilder.

I like Wilder, but he's not a complete fighter. He's all heart & a lethal overhand right. In his defense, bruh didn't start training until he was 43 years old, so I still give him credit for making it to the top of the division with less experience than his peers.
Had the Bronze Bomber started boxing as a kid, he could've possibly been one of the GOATs.
