I'm probably going to have to lose some weight soon, as I'm probably due for that. I keep hearing from a friend that I should try fasting to kind of push my body into a rhythm to help with weight loss. I honestly don't know if I can handle fasting for a long period of time. I would give it a try, but I know if I don't eat for a certain amount of days, I'm going to get the cravings and get food.
