Hey 6Zeroes fam, what’s your favorite Christmas movie?

Mine’s is #ThisChristmas. Although the two lead Black male characters are played by non-native BLACK American actors, Delroy Lindo and Idris Elba, Loretta Devine’s performance as the matriarch and Regina King’s as one of the sisters , brings that BLACK American authenticity to the film. And Chris Brown, in what I think was he film acting debut, was really good to.

These two are in various movies & TV shows. Tatiana Ali, daughter of boxing legend, Muhammad Ali, is also a very good actress. I knew she would go far, when I saw her as Ashley on the FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR.

I remember FAMILY MATTERS the TV show, but never saw this movie. I've got a few things to watch. 😁

I know that many won’t see this film as a Christmas Movie but the mini series I watch every year is the original version of Roots by Alex Haley… This was a yearly tradition in my household growing up and I have continued the tradition!!!

I don't really watch many of them so I can't say I have a favorite but I enjoyed Bad Santa, The Best Man Holiday, and Last Holiday. I am sure there are others but I can't think of them right now. Most Christmas movies seem to be white as snow lol
