I feel for this brother, both of them, but he let emotion and being caught up in the moment get to you. Both are over prosecuted. Suspended sentence, fine for the car and probation would be okay at most.

But white supremacy, when you give them the opening will hammer you for fighting them. If you are going to break the law fighting white supremacy, you better plan it and accept the possible consequences.

    I am not surprised. We do get too emotional. If a person took deep breaths and calmed down, he or she would not have nearly as many situations like this happen.

    Wypipo and insurrectionists act through tyrannical violence with little to no consequences and be like, "Don't tread on me" whenever they "feel" backed into a corner or feel just a wee bit "threatened."

    Meanwhile Black people imperfectly respond to a never-ending pandemic and crisis of oppressive, non-stop, anti-Black racism controlled and spearheaded by those same violent wypipo and insurrectionist supporters, yet they receive very stiff, very harsh punishment and finger wagging about how, "Violence isn't the answer" and "MLK was non-violent and gave the cops and people hugs."
