One of the things that really grinds my:

I think most black people after a certain point can just feel out racism. You can tell when a person is racist. You can just feel the energy that they put out in the world. As for me I have it down to a point where I can tell if the person is racist and damn near to what extent/how racist they are.

One of the times I seem to be able to notice is walking out of Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart for whatever reason seems to hire a lot of racist and bigoted employees. And as dumb as it seems they put them as greeters/receipt checkers. Why in the world would you put a person that has racist tendencies there to greet people I have no clue!

It's not the greeting that let's me know that they have those tendencies though. It's when they want to see the receipt. Now in a different point in my ife long ago I used to work at Wal-Mart. So I know that the checking is supposed to be random. The only exception is if the person had a large/expensive item or the alarm goes off.

However that is not the case. Lots of times the greeters are picking people just based on the fact that they are black.

I can just feel the difference of that I was a random selection vs I was singled out due to being young (I'm not even that young, just still look young) and black!

I hate when this person at the door singles me out because of my skin color feeling like I have reason to steal just because I am black. All the meanwhile I make more money in one damn month then they make in 6 months! I swear sometimes I feel like pointing that shit out.
