Does anyone here watch crime documentaries and shows? I've been watching interrogation videos of people who lately who have murdered others or attempted to, and it's interesting to see how these people think. Some of the interrogations I've watched, showed killers who were chill when talking to police about their crimes. Like they would go into detail and tell them why they did it. Sometimes not even why, just like they did it because they could.
I've been seeing more YouTubers make content about this sort of thing as well, so I've been seeing more of it on my feed.
One video I watched recently was multiple interrogations of a girl who set her family up to be murdered so she could rid them from her life. Her parents were the typical overbearing parents, but she could have easily left home when she turned 18 instead. I was able to find the exact video I watched below. It's pretty long, but it's interesting to see how she attempts to navigate the lies she sets up, and how her story starts to change.
I especially like the ones where the murderer tries to pretend like they're crazy, to in turn get an insanity plea or something. But I guess that's very rare, because good interrogators can catch them in the lies.
