HBCUs have lost their meaning just like MTV and the world "woman."
HBCUs no longer seek to only employ and have Black people as students and faculty. MTV (Music Television) rarely ever plays music videos anymore. And anyone and anything can identify and claim to be a "woman" and even Merriam-Webster and Oxford Dictionaries would agree.
HBCUs and the traitors of the Black community have whored and sold us and our children out for more funding, more money, and non-Black acceptance.
When the dominant society and its buffer classes claim to want equity, equality, and Black and Brown / minority alliances, they mean that they only want Illegals and non-Blacks (including whites) to eat off our historic oppression and struggle while we get little to nothing. Meanwhile, thanks to mainstream societal support and group codification, Hispanics have now surpassed Black people's national median income and Black people continue to be the poorest. This was
never about equity and equality.
HBCUs are no longer a safe space for Black people and Black students. - Several HBCUs have dorms infested with severe mold to the point where Black students are sleeping outside in tents. The HBCU admins have been berating the students and refusing to fix the issues or refund them.
- Several HBCUs are accepting and giving full rides and free room and board to Ukrainian refugees from Ukraine, a far-right Nazi-loving country
- One Black girl was arrested in class thanks to a racist white Latino teacher, yet the HBCU admins threw the Black girl under the bus and they refuse to fire the racist teacher in spite of all her classmates (witnesses) coming to the girl's defense.
- At least 2 HBCUs are offering full sports scholarships to a racist white male named Marcus Stokes after PWIs rejected him over a video of him saying the n-word.
They are doing this all in the name of a whitewashed, fictionalized version of MLK that the
real Dr. MLK Jr. would take great issue with.
The modern day HBCU might as well openly come out the closet as a PWI and openly confess that they have been funded the whole time by dark white money and federal government money and that in order to keep from shutting down, they had to cater to their donors' and creditors' demands (which was to make HBCUs less Black and to let Black students hang out and dry).
