I don't have any coworkers that are too bad right now, but I've had some pretty bad ones in the past. It was mostly just our personalities clashing, and it made for a lot of tension in close quarters. I've also had a few that were just really nosey and wanted to talk about personal matters. I always try to remain professional without coming across as rude, but I'm usually screaming in my head lol So, how do you handle them?

I've started to just keep it strictly professional with some people. I put no emotion in our interactions, I act like a computer algorithm:
Does person need something from me?
What do they need?
When do they need it?
Do I need any clarifying information?
End communication
I have a lot of hoe ass people at my day job that like to tell so I just keep it like that. They be all bubbly on the phone with me and I just keep a straight face...
