After experiencing the top notch quality from the #6ZEROS shop, the standard I expect from our people has to be on #6ZEROS level. I ordered a hat from Nubian Bookstore, I always start small, and if I'm satisfied I'll spend more money. Presentation is key to make the first time buyer a returning customer. At least make the effort to present your product as high quality.
My hat came in a box (no problem with that) it's when I opened the box, that's what disappointed me... Here's a few pictures. Please, when you sell to your own people, make it at least look good.

Thankfully, it didn't rain. Your hat would have still gotten wet in that gas station food bag.
