S/O to Ice Cube for sticking to his guns. The fact that he continued to try to secure economic gains for Black people even though a lot of Black people hated on his efforts during the last election cycle is a testament to his leadership and his heart. This is a great get for Cube's organization, and hopefully the first of many. Salute to Cube!

Good point. Maybe without Jay on board though, Cube doesn't get a meeting with Roger Goodell & the NFL.
If Jay had a hand in making the connection, then props to him. Maybe Jay can get some more Black projects in position to funded.
Either way, some Black community projects are going to get some much needed cash. That's a win!

That's why a lot of Nu-Blacks were mad at Cube when he first announced the CWBA.
The Black lgbt, Shea Butter Twitter, brown people, etc. wanted Cube to advocate for "people of color" and "Black & brown".
Ice Cube petitioned specifically for Black Americans and got crucified for it.

Cube is a straight up stand up kinda guy. His 3 on 3 basketball contest is run so smooth and has never had any drama.

Facts! The Big 3 has a great tv presentation, some great players, and seems like a fun fan experience. It looks like a big time event.
I hate that the NBA refused to partner with Cube; it would've been nice to go to some games if they started travelling.

Cube doesn't need the NBA now, hell he had retired NBA players even playing in it. The whole thing has a good feeling to it. I wish some of the big 10 schools would join up with him doing it. Like the U of M and Michigan State..both schools have indoor courts that would hold many more people than a section of a street. They just re did the floor and added new seating at the U of M.
