That sounds amazing! I use sesame oil, oyster sauce, and soy sauce in my fried rice. I usually make the white rice the day before...and then throw a stick of butter in the pan...let it melt, then add the white rice, the sesame, oyster, and soy sauce...combine with the scrambled egg, veggies, and shrimp.
I am doing all sorts. Going to make some chicken soup this weekend. I did some teriyaki chicken and rice this past weekend. I want to eventually try chili but I don't know if I can manage that without messing it up and beef is so damn expensive now.

That salad sounds amazing for summer. A nice cooling salad for the hot days. I do a bean salad in the summer. It is just chickpeas, black beans, lima beans, and red beans with red onion, parsley, and Italian dressing.
