I watched parts one and 2 last night, parts 3 and 4 I think come on tonight. so far it's a really good documentary/series, I like how everything you hear is coming from her mouth, not 2nd hand rumor stuff.I started it and haven't gotten through much of it because errands called, but I'm definitely finishing part one when I get home. Part two I'll probably finish later on tonight or tomorrow because I have a lot of things going on. I'll be back, of course, a solid percentage has been spoiled but I'm still gonna watch.

This is an interesting take, I never considered it from that perspective. The AIDS story though, was an inside joke on the set. John Singleton did a Drink Champs episode and set the record straight about it. What she DID do that was IMO grimy as fuck was she changed her phone number immediately after filming; Tupac thought he actually had a friend in her, but then when he went to call, the number had been changed.It's funny when I saw that commercial i was like cool I'll watch but then I talked about it with someone and came to the conclusion.... I don't really like the way Janet has moved throughout her career. She's pretty phony if you look at it.. from making tupac take an aids test for a kissing scene, which showed her ignorance about aids, to her and the family not really caping for MJ like they should have, to her hiding her child in the 80s, to her becoming some rich foreigners concubine in a contract marriage that paid her millions to be with him for a 5 year minimum. I believe she had his child and word is he abused her

It could be maybe. But John said it was a inside joke that took on a life of its own. They would send like random people to Tupac's trailer asking if he took his test.
