This is true and another thing that Boxing has going against it is MMA. A lot of children interested in martial arts are going the MMA route instead of Boxing. Also the danger involved in Boxing is not lost on people. It's much more dangerous than MMA. I'm going to transition my son into MMA after about 2 more years of Boxing.
