I am a subscriber to Earn Your Leisure. They have some absolute gem of videos on there. I am surprised Robert Smith is on there, but I'm glad he is. This is the first time I've seen Smith in somewhat of a 'black' conversation. He is boule` to some extent but he's come on a platform that is known for side hustles, and for the black masses to get some paper.

Business needs to be better understood and harnessed in the black community. I see so many men and women start up businesses but they get stuck because they don't focus on growth or expansion. They get too comfortable. They settle. Don't do this. We need black leaders and business owners to get their businesses franchised and expand them. Not everyone is build to make a business work but those who are should really expand on it more.

Like imagine of we had black owned big businesses like Walmart or McDonalds. So much can be done to benefit our people though big business.
