Do you guys believe in love at first sight? I have met many women who I was extremely attracted to, but I don't know if I would ever say love. Love is such a strong word, you only say that if you for sure love that person.

I'm sure some people have met their future boyfriend or girlfriend, or even spouse by falling for looks first.

I myself do not believe in love at first sight as I mentioned above. But, it can turn into love.

I like the concept of there being different types of love but the ultimate form of love is a choice. A choice to be with someone, care for them and have their back. The butterflies and feel-good moments come from lust and romanticizing real love. Real love isn't romantic.

That's a better way to put it I think. Because I think lust makes a lot more sense when it comes to finding someone attractive, especially if you just witnessed them for the first time. I agree about the choice as well, because we do need to choose who we want to be with.

That's a better way to put it I think. Because I think lust makes a lot more sense when it comes to finding someone attractive, especially if you just witnessed them for the first time. I agree about the choice as well, because we do need to choose who we want to be with.

Yup. That is all chemicals and hormones. I mean it is natural to be stimulated by someone you find physically attractive and to have an attachment on the physical level form. Just can't confuse it with the real deal.

No, I don’t believe in it but I do think you could think “that’s the one” at first sight. Especially when you’re more mature and know what you like, dislike, and understand psychology. Now you would still need to date them to see if your initial assessment is true…
