Thank goodness no one was hurt. This kid was shown in video running around an apartment complex hallway with a loaded pistol. The kid is said to be just 4 years old. How a kid was able to get his hands on a gun is beyond me, but I'm guessing shit parenting for that. His father has since been arrested due to neglect it seems. You can watch the video below.
