Insane how many sites are merely relics of the past now
The world is constantly evolving and with that comes the need for more efficient and better means of interaction. This can't change and the trend would continue till the end of time, nothing can stay permanent.
I love watching these videos. It fascinates me how much things change with trends, sales, etc.
There will always be something new that gives us better. I feel like Google will start getting knocked out the way, same with Facebook, YouTube, and Insta because of privacy reasons. The more people care about online privacy, the less power they will have. Places like that cannot survive without selling off private information of their users. I can't wait for them all to crash and burn.

It's always fascinating to see how much things have changed throughout the decades. I really hope one day social media fades out and all we have are forums to communicate with, a man can dream right?! Youtube is already going downhill, and while there are some alternatives (Dailymotion for example) they're just not as big as Youtube. If we can convince more and more people to use other sites, eventually the big giant sites will become less and less popular.
