A lot of people were happy with a Universal Basic Income plan that was only for black women. Now Palm Springs is planning one that will be exclusively for transgender and non-binary people. You just can't make this shit up.

There will be no income requirements either, unlike with the UBI program for Black women. This totally defeats the purpose of UBI, which was to help poor people.
