I know a lot of people got on the H2O train and do work on drinking more water every day. That is a great healthy choice anyone can do. Eating is a whole other game. Many of us eat too much or just generally eat too much junk. I think that sort of thing takes time and depends on people's individual preferences when it comes to cleaning up the diet. But what about exercise?
People seem to think they have to hit the gym to be in good health, to lose weight, etc. but honestly just moving more goes a long way. I realized this a few years ago when I was just walking more. I lost weight like it was nothing. I am getting back into a habit of just moving more. Gotta get that blood pumping. Health is true wealth.
Anyone else making the effort to move more?
