    Great points and we do have to work together. I look at it as there are sellouts and some sellout using their gender and some sellout using their politics.

    I just get sick of the constant black man bashing and black woman bashing.

    There are good women and good men, messed up women and messes up men.

    I'm in an interracial relationship but that doesn't have to mean I have any ill will towards black women. And I'm sick of them saying "modern". What kind of woman is there otherwise. An antique woman?

    My wife will tell me a piece of her mind in a heartbeat and I'm grateful for it because she's pointed me in the right direction quite a few times. I don't want a chick that's just going to be like Vanessa Bell Calloway in Coming to America.

    I want someone with their own opinions and views, that brings their values, beliefs and perspectives.
    That's why my wife is to me.

    But I'll be damn if anyone is going to convince me that black women, modern women and career women can't bring that same thing.

    These dudes just want someone that can screw and agree never corrects them. You'll never find that outside of paying for it!

    We can only control our own individual actions. Our own individual voices. I learned that harsh reality years ago.

    It's good to get together and rant, vent, etc. have an outlet. The more people on social media pushing more love between the genders as well as calling out those who promote disunity the better.
